[QCWA] HTML vs plain text.

I had no idea that the HATRED of HTML ran so deep. My mail program can
be set to send only plain text to certain addees, but only if those
addees are selected from the address book, not when using the "reply"
function. Many of my correspondents LIKE to have their mail in HTML, so
I don't want to set my outgoing mail to send only ASCII.
Hereafter I will try to avoid offending folks on this reflector.
