[Qcwa] QCWA nets

	Norm has mentioned the SSB and CW official nets that meet on Wednesday and
Sunday.  In the Summer 2002 Journal I listed the suggested calling
frequencies that Chapter 63 recommends.  For your use I will list them
here.  This is not an official net, but a calling frequency for QCWA use.
