Yes, I'm afraid that's the case with many of our outfits (military) and 
civilian organizations also. People just don't bother to document 
history in the making. That's why we have such wild stories like Ben 
Franklin and his kite! I guess we never will stop seeing the picture of 
him with the kite string and the door key. That's not the way it was at 
all!
