TO: Gene Nailon, K5DLE

Dear Gene,

I have read with interest, and some consternation, your remarks about =
the state of the QCWA. I appreciate that you must have concern about =
our organization, otherwise you would not be using your valuable time =
with "public pronouncements" which seemingly defame our otherwise fine =
amateur radio group.

I address you as one of the newly elected members of the Board of =
Directors; however, I am not completely "wet behind the ears", as I have =
served on the board in the past.

You, no doubt, are one of the few who have read the Constitution and =
By-Laws of QCWA - cover to cover. You know that the officers and board =
members have some guidelines and constraints which govern ur actions. =
On the other hand, we do have the power to change the rules !

Having said that, let me ask you a favor - an important favor ! Please =
give some thought to the various changes which you believe would benefit =
the Quarter Century Wireless Association and it's membership.

Please send me a list of proposed changes. Not an essay, but just a =
straightforward "one two three, etc." list that I can take with me to =
the meeting in October.

I thank you for your consideration of this matter and look forward to =
your constructive ideas.

Vy 73, Bill McGrannahan, N0ZL
