[Qcwa] Russian Ham family in Need?

	If it's not a scam, this young man managed to ape all of the
different indicators of a typical internet scam entirely by chance.  I'd
be more inclined to believe that he is lying than that all of these
coincidental pieces have come together in his story.  Think about it.

	It's pretty good proof of the American conundrum.  We give away
everything, even American Citizenship and the lives of our Sons, without
expecting or asking for anything in return.  When we get scammed, spit
upon and abused we all sit back and scratch our heads.  This letter
wouldn't have received a 2nd glance over here in Belgium.

	Tell you what;  since some of you feel so strongly about it,
send your money for Valentin to me, and I'll make sure he gets it next
time I see him!  At least this way some Ham gets to use it :)  73.
