As a supporting point to your comment, Harvey, I used the QRZ data base just
this month to look up all the amateurs in my county for a mailing regarding
the establishment of an ARES group.  I sent out 40 letters, and 12 have come
back as undeliverable.  I also received notice from three seemingly angry
spouses that their husbands had been dead for several years, the implication
being that I was inconsiderate for not knowing that.
