[Qcwa] Silent Keys

Having to do something implies doing a task I don't
want to do or don't like to do.
Getting to do something implies doing a task I enjoy,
look forward to or am happy to do, in this case, I get
to add postage because I'm still here it do it, not a SK.

When I passed my Extra,
I had to add /ae to my call on the extra class freqs.
I got  to add /ae to my call on freqs where my old
advanced class license allowed me to operate.

I hope this clears it up.
