[Qcwa] 2002 Election ballot's

Hi Norm,

A few years ago, a local club's news letter was mail
from a NE  Kansas City suburb.  The same Tuesday,
a QSL was sent to me from Spain.  They both arrived
8 days later.  When I ask the local post master about it
his response was, "That's good service from Spain."

I hope you ballot arrives soon.
