Earlier this year, we presented Chuck Stay, W4HE, with his 80th Anniversary
Award -- see writeup on our web site above.
2, Bill Cross, W3TN, who is in FCC's Policy and Rules Branch of the Public
Safety and Private Wireless Division, last spoke to us at our May 2001
meeting. Since he will again be the banquet speaker at the Dayton
Hamvention this weekend, his remarks are expected to be timely and
informative.
Doors open for lunch at 11:30 a.m, and it's a good idea to get your order in
early. Meetings are called to order around 12:45 p.m., and we try to be out
of there by 2:30 p.m.
In addition to the program above, items brought in for sale will be
auctioned off by one of our champion auctioneers, and a 50-50 drawing will
be held. Here's your chance to split the 50-50 pot with the chapter.
