My memory runs a bit slower these days...

Thinking back I remember that the service messages at WAR had a prefix =
of "rq" for the inquiry and "bq" for the reply.....this was done so that =
the message would not be handled like regular traffic.
These messages were almost always asking for either fills on traffic or =
for the traffic to be resent etc.. =20
