OR SENT PHONE PATCH TO MY BROTHER AT EWA BEACH AT THE TIME.  brother Chuck
Hazelton and Ross are deceased (15 days apart.)  I kept Ross' e-mail add. as
his spouse.  Just thought you might have talked to him.  His widow
