        I have seen some messages from Jim, but I am not sure that
everything is
working as yet.  He should tell me when the problem is cleared up.  I would
expect that will be before the deadline.  I would prefer that all material goes
to HQ instead of the editor.  I don't have any idea what happened with the QSO
party.  I suspect that Croft will have that covered if you want to ask him.
