[Qcwa] QCWA HQ email

	I just got a call from QCWA Headquarters and Jim Walsh tells me there is
something wrong with his Internet service and he is not getting any email.
Hopefully this is a temporary problem and he will be back with email
service soon.  If you want something from HQ it would work better until
further notice if you call them or use snail mail.  If I can help, please
let me know.
