[Qcwa] MARS in the 50s

Those days are not completely gone......the surplus disposal activity at
Patrick AFB still has R390 and lots of Collins 618T.  I dont think they will
ever run out of tubes still in the boxes.
It is my understanding that prior to the sale that any kind of government
activity federal, state or city may obtain the material for only a service
fee.
