[Qcwa] Hooray for old timer Oscar 7!

I would like to nominate Oscar 7 as a honorary member of the QCWA!  It
started relaying amateur Radio in 1974!
My first big interest in Amateur Radio was fired by the idea of working an
orbiting sat and Oscar 6 and 7 were the big projects that got me going.  I
never made any contact other than hearing my own V's on Oscar 7 but this
time I'm ready!  Only took 28 years to get all the equipment ready.
