[Qcwa] How do you join QCWA?

Good evening, All,
I am new to this list, and figured that it would be the easiest way to
find out how to get the membership application and so forth.
I have been a ham since 1966 (WA3IVX) am now advanced class, and
wouldn't upgrade for love nor money seeing as how the advanced criteria
was removed by the FCC.
If any of you could provide me with the info for membership in your
esteemed group, I would appreciate recieving any info which you can
provide.
