Good point, Bob.  The "other" organization faced that same =

issue. Unfortunately, there are some basic requirements =

necessary for participation in any group.  In that "other" =

organization I act as a "window on the electronic world" for
a very experienced friend to provide his input. It is not =

easy, but it can be done.
