Check the QCWA Home page ... www.qcwa.org. The Constitution and By-Laws have
always been published at the front of the Membership Directory (I realize if
you didn't know that you might have to dig a bit).
The election of officers is covered in Article IV of the By-laws. I'll look
forward to seeing your name on the ballot in 2004.
