[Qcwa] 60 METER COMMENTS TO THE FCC

I have been a member of this organization for two years.
I have seen some very contentious subjects "discussed"
here during my tenure here. However, the lastest round
of discussion/flaming regarding the comments filed with
FCC on the 60 meter band proposal has me completely
baffled.

This is a no-brainer! I cannot think of any resonable person
that could find a way to object to having this well written
document filed with the FCC on behalf of the QCWA. An
Executive Board is put in place to do EXACTLY these kinds
of things. Our Board would  have been derelict in their duty
had they not acted in this situation.

If every decision were put to a vote by the general
memebership the orginization would grind to a halt and cease
to function. Obviously an Executive Board would be redundant
if this were the case.

I completly support our Board and the decision they made to
file these comments with the FCC. They were elected by the
membership to represent and run the orgizination, and I feel
that they have done a great job on both counts in this
situation.
