You can download a "TELEPRINTER" type font for Windows 
with all caps and the stroked zero at:

http://hreflinks.com/fon4page.htm

Unzip it and install all files in your C:\WINDOWS\FONTS
directory.  It will show up as "Teleprinter" on your font list.
The fonts on this site are shareware.
