Good luck on your project.  On you computer keyboard, while running your
word processor, "Hold down the Alt key, use the numbers key pad and key
in ""0216"" then release the Alt key"  you should have the � on the
screen.  Every time you make these key strokes, �  �  you should get the
stroked 0.
