[Qcwa] QCWA filing on the 60 meter band proposal

With regard to the issues Raymond, W5VPU, raised in his recent post, RE
QCWA filing on 60 Meters, Raymond does speak for me!   
At the same time, we must all realize that it is almost futile for
anyone, board of directors or not, to make much of a statement that all
of us will agree to 100%!!  
For better or worse, we are a fairly contentious lot....  We participate
on this reflector because we enjoy communicating, even if it gets a
little fiery at times.   
Raymond makes a good and valid point about representing a point of view
on behalf of all QCWA members.   This seems to be a fundamental problem
of democracy, but perhaps one with which some organizations deal more
successfully than QCWA.  
In the spirit of good-natured brotherhood and 73, I remain,
