[Qcwa] Some Observations

Two problems about the discussion regarding sending sexually explicit
material on the reflector:
1. It is off the topics of QCWA and Amateur Radio
2. It happens to be a felony to do so.

It never ceases to amaze how many wars get started on Ham email reflectors.

Why is it Hams cannot enjoy a bit of humor without the thought police coming
out of the wood work and telling the offending party how to respond.

I started this list with the thought that some good ideas and conversations
and
yes some humor could be shared.

Isn't it ironic that the only long threads are those that result in 
fighting and name calling!!

I thought this was a communication hobby although some people forget that
it is a hobby.  Don't email me about the service aspect... after over 25 
years we
all know that.

I am a member of several other list of other interest and just don't see 
the fighting.

Is it not OK to like one mode and not another?  Are we all getting to old 
to see
another point of view?

It is nice to have some traffic on the list.

BTW there are several on the list with the mentioned virus.  I get several 
bounces a day
that Mailman has caught.  Everyone should be running a good anti virus
program
and keep it updated.
