[Qcwa] Flaming!

Well after all is said and done, as usual we did revive the qcwa
reflector.   It sets idle for days (even weeks on end) if we dont
stir the pot a bit, it remains dormant till some chapter announces
a meeting somwhere!
Note Bene!   Did'nt use the I or YOU in this case.  Just WE and US
and them!!!
What could be better???
