Now I have to jump in for a second.  CW is different to different
people.  SSB is different as well as all the other modes.  Just as we
have different tastes in food and cloths so we all have different wants
and needs in modes of operation.  I am a 20wpm Extra and proude of it
BUT I know that others don't like of want to operate CW.  After I passed
my 20wpm test I put the keys away and have not used them since.  I have
used the same call since it was issued to me in 1964 and proud of that. 
How many of you can remember when we were forced to change calls when we
moved??  That opens another can of worms!!  When I moved to Arizona I
was glad that I could take my call with me because I have had it for so
very long.

Hay, some like this mode and some like a different one.  Technology will
govern just about all of our hobby and has done so for many years.  If
someone likes CW, Great!! If they like SSB, Great!!  I have the
equipment to operate on all bands from 160 to 70cm, and with power, but
my favorite mode for now is 2m and the net that I get on every morning. 
Just a bunch of us locals.

I love our hobby, I hate our in fighting.
