hello as a licensed ham since 1926-27 as 4acc,yes there is plenrty of data on 
reinharts available from the american radio relay league in hartford conn. 
they have  available anything you want to know and there is plenty.he was a 
famous man and a credit to amateur radio. i am arthur p kay jr (age 9l0 still
