Hi Norm,
Suggest you type out the details for the 2002 QCWA Convention - Location,
dates, cost, registration info and agenda as you develop it - and post it
directly to the QCWA Reflector. This will allow the readers to advertise
your event around their communities via their club meetings and radio nets.
Unless your group sent something into the QCWA Journal for the Spring issue,
you will only have the Summer Journal, which will hit everyone's QTH in
early June to publicize the Convention in a publication that goes to every
QCWA member.
I would also suggest contacting Jim Walsh, W7LVN our General Manager in
Eugene, OR and ask him to put a flyer (that you send him) into the Chapter
Communication he sends to all the Chapter Presidents and Secretaries.
And if I can be of any assistance, please let me know what I can do to help.
