[Qcwa] How do you join QCWA

Is there an IOWA Chapter of QCWA ?
I dug out my first log book yesterdy and discovred that I put a Heathkit
DX-60 on the air on 4/20/1971,along with Heathkit HR-10B Receiver. Then
started a 30 year oddesy of messing with antennas. Which is still a ton of
fun.
Can someone tell me how to join as I want one of those QCWA stickers on the
windshield of my truck.  But now that I have a "new" truck the xyl doesn't
want me to put my "screwdriver" antenna
on it. Anyone one on the list more diplomatic than me ? She doesn't want my
truck looking like a rolling "chicken coop" Darn you N0FFC" just kidding.
