Bob:  I have been playing with Paint Shop Pro to make personal QSL cards.
The hardest part is choosing the right color of overlay so that it shows up
ok against the background pic.  If the other help you have been offered
hasn't solved your problem, please shoot me the jpeg image(s) you want to
try.  Please also include the specific info you want on each version of the
card, and I'll be glad to work some cards up for you.  73,  Lee
