Hi Jan,
That's a good question, whish I had a good answer.
I reviewed the rules again and the QSO had to be
when the person was a member of QCWW.
I just dropped an e-mail to QCWW President Joan
KD4DPW, offering to be Sec/Tres until the Dallas
Convention. I'm going to try and build a data base
from the records so I can give you a better answer.
For now I have a membership list from last year but
it doesn't indicate how long a person has been a member.
For ALL QCWW Members,
The positions of Vice President and two board
members are vacant. Contact Joan using
[email protected] (Her OM's Call) to volunteer.
