James N. Blair, 98, of Westwood, KS, died November 29, 2002. Funeral
services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, December 7, at the Mt. Moriah & Freema=

Mr. Blair was born in the Indian Territory of Newkirk, OK. He was a forme=

Superintendent of United Press News Service. As a television pioneer, he
was the Founder and President of Blair Television. Mr. Blair was also a
former Director of Twin City State Bank and was known thru his Ham Radio
call letters WOJB. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Viol=

F. Blair in 1980. He is survived by his daughter, Virginia Blair Wiley an=

her husband, Capt. Eugene Wiley USAF/Ret.; granddaughter, Sharon Wiley
Higgins and her husband, Tom of Denver, CO; grandson, Capt. Gary P. Wiley=

USAF/Ret. and his wife, Valerie of Suffolk, VA; and four
