Nope, OM's YLs, even OTs and young squirts as long as they are ARRL 
members.

Re: that message.  Well - part of it is my own stupidity.  It limits the length of 
your "introduction" and if memory serves it said something to the effect 
"This list is for Ladies and Gentlemen only."  *Trying to avoid some character 
turning it into an "I hate ARRL because ______ forum."  I rambled on too long 
and the message got snipped in the middle.

I tried changing it but it still shows the old message.  I suppose this is another of 
those "Short circuits Between the Headphones"   type of issues.  I'll keep 
hacking away and hope it changes if I ask it enough times.
