[Qcwa] QCWA LIST GUIDELINES (Periodic Posting)

Norm,

I personally don't care what the guys want to talk about.  To me the list
should seem like social hour at any kind of ham get together.  I was
however getting several emails from guys griping about the thread.  If they
had their way I would have made a big deal about it on the list.  I simply
chose to post the guidelines when this happens.  That usually takes care
of it.

I will try to make time to do your updates today.
