[PVRCNC] NR4O on Front Cover of NCJ

I'm really glad who ever took that picture got my good side!!! :)

The first thing that went through my head when I saw the picture was the 
Spurious Emissions song, "On the Cover of the NCJ".

Hey Mike, we're going to have to queue that song next time I'm in the 
shack to operate!!! :)

I look a little too relaxed to really be making points though.

What an honor to be able to say I was on the cover of the NCJ.
