[PVRCNC] PVRC Wins the 2025 WW Digi Contest

I am pleased to announce that PVRC has won the 2025 WW Digi Contest club
competition. Being the Number 1 club in the world is a pretty good place to
be.  We submitted 42 logs for this contest.

Our highest scores were achieved by Ty, K3MM, in the high power category
and Tim, N3QE, in the low power category.
