This happens every year. If you’re returning you book before you leave. I missed this year so had to use “Plan B”.  Contest U (Tim Duffy) reserves the rest. Date and time for phone reservations are circulated to contest groups. This year it was today at 9 am. (ONLY). I pushed the button at 8:59:45 and I went into the queue. In about two minutes they picked me up and I booked, gave them the credit card to confirm with my email and got their confirmation by the time I hung up. 
Military secrets etc but prepare for 2028!!
