[PVRCNC] WRTC 2026 Rehash

Many of us participated in the 11 July 2026 IARU WRTC contest.  The
Olympics of radio-sport, the WRTC brings the best of the best contesters in
the world to duke it out on the air.  The competition was close, tough,
demanding, and not without controversy.

There were twelve (12) PVRC members there in various roles.  Some
contestants, some judges, and others there for a front row seat.  One was a
youth participant.  Another had left the PVRC area years ago.  But once a
member, always a member!

Since then, several members asked if we could put together an online
session where they could hear directly from the PVRCers who participated.
We can and we will.

We have scheduled a Zoom meeting on Friday 21 August at 7 PM Eastern Time.
Six of the participants have agreed to speak (so far).  Each will speak for
10 minutes or so.  The talks will be followed by a Q&A session.  The
speakers will be Jim K4QPL, Mark KD4D, Tim N3QE, Tom W2SC, Connor W4IPC,
and Mark WH7W.
