[PVRCNC] [PVRC] KC3X -- anyone know him?

Don't know him. He's not a regular in Pamlico Amateur Radio Society,
centered in Oriental NC.
That's the one I've been in out there. Greenville is close to Oriental...
Maybe 90 minutes drive.
