[PVRCNC] MMTTY transmit issue

Receive is working fine - that took some effort.  
I am getting radio (FTDX10) to decode around 1290 Hz but when I go to transmit the mark frequency jumps to something about 900 Hz higher.  
I tried set rig for Data-L but it reverts to LSB.  
I once had RTTY working back in Maryland -- but getting nowhere here.  I have no clue whether the issue is in N1MM or one of these MMTTY windows.  
I can also see on the rig's spectrum scope it is transmitting up around 900 Hz
