[PVRCNC] Chapter issues

All,

     As many of you know, my wife has had health issues over the past three
years.  Two weeks ago she had a significant stroke.  She survived, got out
of the hospital, and now is in a rehab facility.

     She is very feeble and has Aphasia  The bottom line is that she can
not speak, walk, or take care of herself.

     The next step is that she will be moving into an assisted living
community following her time in rehab.  Her family is most all up in
Maryland and that's where we will place her.  I'll be relocating also, as
much as I love life down here.  That will likely happen this month or in
May.

     We will need to replace me as the NC Chapter chairman.  So, help
wanted.  Who would like to raise a hand and volunteer?

     As background, aphasia is caused by damage to the brain's language
centers, most commonly the left hemisphere, resulting from stroke and other
diseases. She is getting therapy for that.  She will need that therapy for
quite some time.
