[PVRCNC] Can't update preferences

Can anyone send me an email without the eml attachment (plain text, please) as to how to change my email with PVRC, as trying to read emails from my Proton account is painful. My email client can't deal with these eml attachments.

Yes, I went to whatever page it is to try and change. My password is incorrect (the BANE of my existence!). I click the "Remind" button and nothing happened.
