Operated at the AG4TT 'Corn Crib' station and decided to remote back to 
the home
station during my off times. Luckily the home station wasn't 
experiencing the
same thunderstorm and lightning activity like we had at AG4TT. I got 
about 80
Q's remote and arrived home with about 40 minutes left in the contest. So, I
jumped on to get my total Q's over 100 in the waning minutes. Always 
like the
NAQP contest format. It was a good opportunity to remember and honor our 
good
friend Tripp, N4NTO by signing his name in the contest. It was sad not 
having
him with us as part of the regular Corn Crib team. We really missed his
laughter and ringing the bell when working mults. In Tripp's words, it was
'grand fun'.
