2025 PVRC Reunion On The Air planning

All,

     We are in the initial planning stage for the 2025 PVRC Reunion on the
Air.  We would like to get your feedback from the 2024 reunion and your
thoughts, ideas, comments, suggestions, etc. for 2025 before proceeding.

     Last year (2024) we tried something different by holding reunion
sessions on three separate days with three mode specific sessions each
day.  Here's last year's schedule:

2024 Dates, Times and Modes

We held three sessions of three hours each on each of the three days.
Within each session we had designated periods for CW, SSB, and RTTY.  We
also specified different time periods for each days sessions to allow for
changes in propagation.

Friday, May 31: 2000Z – 2300Z (4 PM – 7 PM EDT)
• First two hours – CW only
• Third hour – SSB only

Sunday, June 2: 1700Z -2000Z (1 PM – 4 PM EDT)
• First hour – CW only
• Second hour – RTTY only
• Third hour – SSB only

Monday, June 3: 2300Z – 0200Z (June 4 Z) (7 PM – 10 PM June 3 EDT
• First 2 hours – CW only
• Third hour – SSB only

     Please review what we did last year and give us your feedback. How did
you like this approach?  Did we provide sufficient time for each mode?
What can we do this year to make it more fun for you?

     We are planning to hold the 2025 reunion on Friday 30 May, Saturday 31
May, and Sunday 1 June.

     Please send us your inputs by Saturday 8 February 2025.
