RARSfest is coming soon

We're a couple days away from March.  And RARSfest will be there in the
blink of an eye.  5 April is the date and before we know it.  It's time to
get your tickets and put RARSfest on your calendars in great big RED
letters.

As usual, we will have two table and electricity.  One table is for
PVRC-NC.  The second table will be adjacent and will be a place to place
anything you would like to sell.

A couple of shoutouts.  Please join me in thanking:

Tom, N4TL for arranging the tables for us.  He certainly made it easy.

Also, a big thanks to Wayne KU4V.  He has reached out to the CXDA folks to
try to set up a luncheon for the CDXA folks who come up and us.

Even if CDXA opts out again this year, are you interested in a PVRC-NC
lunch?  If so, please let us all know.  If there's enough interest, we can
set something up.
