160M—SWL Report

160m antenna down and couldn’t find anything else that would load on Top Band. 
So I played with my new K4D using the 80m inverted V. Don’t know if it was the radio but conditions seemed very good, especially within NA and on the unnaturally crowded band noise was low and familiar calls were Q5 and strong. Honorable Mention to N4CW (<5 miles away!) and NA8V (Mi) for max push to my AGC. Runner up K3AJ (Va). 
OK, if you can’t get in the game, enjoy watching from the sidelines 😁. Speaking of which, how about them Dawgs (my U) crushing the Crimson (low) Tide? Sorry VA PVRC’ers, no good news on the ACC front last night either as the Dookies bring it home to the Triangle.
