ARRL website

With contests dot arrl dot org still down, the ARRL Contest Branch has put
a copy of the rules for this weekend's upcoming ARRL contest, the ARRL
International Digital Contest, at an alternate webpage on their main
website:

See https://www.arrl.org/arrl-digital-contest which at the top links to
https://www.arrl.org/files/file/Contest%20Rules%20PDFs/2024/ARRL%20Digital%20Contest%20Rules%20-%201_1.pdf

Please pay attention to the details of the rules as this contest does not
allow high-power entries - max power is just 100W.

Held on the longest days of the year near solar max, this will be a BLAST
as in this non-multiplier contest and every QSO is scored by distance. Last
year, I found 15M wide open to eastern EU and Asia at 2AM my local time.
