*Why*: Fun, tall tales, upcoming contests, useful and interesting
presentations, and plotting and planning to WIN MORE CONTESTS!  And, of
course, discussions about our individual accomplishments last month and
plans for April and beyond.  This month, we have two major events planned.

One is RARSFest on Saturday 6 April which includes a luncheon with visitors
from CDXA.

The second, which will darken your day, is the total solar eclipse on
Monday April 8. There's an organization named HamSCI (Ham Radio Science
Citizen Investigation) whose goal is to advance scientific research and
understanding through amateur radio activities.  Our guest speaker for
April is Gary AF8A who is an Ohio based contester and member of HamSCI.  He
will give us an overview of their project including the concurrent QSO
Party.
