Comments:

With time as part of the exchange, made the exchange very poor.  Once a
station was contacted, the time of the first contact with that station was
stored and each subsequent contacts the same time was used and the station
would ask for the time over and over again.  Not sure if that was the plan
or if it was a program error.  Either way, it ruined the contest so I quit
early.
