well some of yall know my qth has changed and I'm living in an apartment.
Not good for hf operation.  Did the portable operation in the NC QSO party
with Jim K4QPL and man was I rusty. After encouragement from Tripp N4NTO I
bought a  portable 1/4 wave vertical and set it at the end of my apartment
building. Man did I have a blast!!! It did awesome! Can not overstate how
much fun it was. No colossal scores but just the feeling of normalcy of
operating in a contest from my home qth was incredible. Looking forward to
