What's up?  Well, to start with, I hope you all RTTY ops enjoyed last
weekend's RTTY Roundup. I sure did.   With more 5M contests starting with
this coming weekend's NAQP CW contest on Saturday.

You all know that the NAQP contests are important to our club.  Please get
on and make a lot of noise - fill the bands with PVRC members filling the
bands.  I'll be on with the K3AJ team using the K3ZO call sign.

Soon afterwards comes the NAQP phone.  I found my microphone, blew the dust
off, and shined it up.  How about you?

Lest we forget, next month in the NC QSO Party.  My flagpole and I were
first place, high power, mixed mode.  Get on and beat me this time!

Lastly, don't forget our meeting on Thursday 1 Feb.  Let's fill the room
up.  An official notice will come out later this week.  Tripp, N4NTO will
give us a presentation on doing Parks on the Air (POTA).  There should be
some great thoughts in there that we can apply to the upcoming Field Day.

I'm trying to get some form of presentation or a 'show and tell' for each
month.  If you've got a short presentation you'd like to present, or if
there's some subject you'd like to see a presentation on, please let me
know and we'll go after that.
